Digitalitzem-nos, the website that brings together more than 3,500 companies offering digitalization services in Catalan, was presented by the Fundació .cat and the Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona on January 31st. With the support of the Departament de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya, this initiative aims to facilitate the connection between companies and digital providers in Catalan, thus promoting the use and presence of Catalan in the digital environment.
Digitalization in Catalan starts here
Digitalitzem-nos is born with a clear mission: to simplify the search, discovery, and contact of companies that offer digital services in Catalan, while providing a space for companies dedicated to digitalization to give visibility to their services and establish connections with potential clients. With more than 3,500 companies already included, the portal offers the necessary tools to organize the offer of digitalization services in Catalan and promote their use within the Catalan business fabric.
According to the latest DESI Catalonia study of 2022, Catalonia ranks fifth in digitalization in Europe, with an index of 63.96%, surpassing the average of the European Union. Faced with this panorama, Digitalitzem-nos emerges as a platform that seeks to take advantage of the momentum of the digital sector in Catalonia to facilitate companies in finding professional services in Catalan that meet their needs.

The Digitalitzem-nos website offers a wide range of tools and categories for users, with more than 45 highlighted tools such as Salesforce, Teams, Moodle, Twitter, WordPress, PayPal, and YouTube, among others. In addition, it is segmented into 6 thematic areas: Internet presence, Digital marketing, Business intelligence and analytics, Business management, Cybersecurity, and Translation and correction. This allows users to search for companies according to their specific needs and, furthermore, to filter searches by Catalan-speaking territory to favor proximity and relationship with local companies.
A project for the future
Digitalitzem-nos is a starting point that aspires to grow constantly. By the end of the year, it is expected to expand the search engine with the addition of more companies, including those offering digitalization services in Catalan from Andorra or Northern Catalonia, as well as increasing companies from key sectors such as translations.
