Yes, the .cat domain offers the Entrepreneur Programme, with special price conditions for those who are launching a new project and want to start their activity with a digital presence in Catalan.
You have two modalities available, mutually exclusive:
- Entrepreneur Pack: includes the registration of the .cat domain and two renewals at a reduced price during the first three years of the project, together with web hosting and 10 email accounts.
- Free domain: the first year of the .cat domain costs €0, with no additional services.
How to apply for it
- Certify your self-employed or entrepreneur status through the form on the entrepreneur page.
- Once the application is validated, we will send you a discount code.
- Apply the code when registering your .cat domain with the registrar you choose.

To renew your .cat domain with the special conditions for entrepreneurs, you need to request a discount code from us each time. The Entrepreneur Pack includes the registration and two renewals at a reduced price: each time you have to make a renewal, contact us at emprenedors@domini.cat indicating your domain name and we will send you the code.
If you have joined the free €0 domain offer, bear in mind that this only includes the registration of the domain. For renewals, you will have to contact your registrar directly.
